As a nurse, I know the importance of staying fit. In December 2015, I began personal training with Geno Rubeis twice a week. My goal was to improve my overall strength and balance. Geno created a bi-weekly workout plan that helped me know my capabilities and showed me how to push myself. As an avid golfer, I began to see the effects of training in improved golf stamina, balance, and strength for my game. Because Geno has a certification from the Titleist Performance Institute, he has specific exercises related to golf that improve my flexibility and core strength.
